Dominic is the CEO for Aristotle Pacific Capital and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He served in a senior role with Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) for over a decade, primarily overseeing the business. Prior to that, he was a vice president at Lombardia Capital Partners and LM Capital Group, an institutional global fixed-income manager. Prior to LM Capital, Dominic worked at Fidelity Investments. He has over 24 years of industry and investment experience. Dominic earned a bachelor’s degree in business from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He is a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Society of Orange County, and serves on the Investment Committee of the CSU Fullerton Endowment.

JP is a senior managing director for Aristotle Pacific Capital and member of the firm’s Executive Committee. JP is a portfolio manager for the Corporate (Bank) Loan and CLO Strategies. Prior to being a founding member of Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, JP was a senior member of Pacific Life’s credit research team, overseeing investments incorporate bonds, high-yield, and bank-loan securities from 1997 to 2006. Prior to joining Pacific Life, JP was a member of Credit Lyonnais’ Leveraged Finance Group. JP has over 27 years of investment and banking experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from UCLA and an MBA from Columbia University.

Bob Boyd

Bob is a senior managing director for Aristotle Pacific Capital. He is also head of Credit Research and a portfolio manager for the CLO, CLO Opportunity and High Yield Strategies. In addition, Bob has credit research responsibilities across select sectors. He joined Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2012. Previously, Bob was at PIMCO for 14 years, where he was a bank-loan portfolio manager and credit analyst. Bob has over 25 years of investment experience, focused on leveraged finance, credit analysis and structured products. He earned a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Michael Marzouk

Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, Michael worked in investment banking, including as vice president in the Leveraged Finance Group at Royal Bank of Scotland. Michael has over 26 years of investment experience. He earned a bachelor's degree (summa cum laude) in business-economics from UCLA and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Prior to being a founding member of Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, Brian was a member of Pacific Life’s securities division, overseeing investments in corporate bonds, high-yield, and bank-loan securities from 2003 to 2006. Brian has over 20 years of investment experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. Brian is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Orange County.

Prior to being a founding member of Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, David was senior member of Pacific Life’s credit research team, overseeing investments incorporate bonds, high-yield, and bank-loan securities from 2002 to 2006. Prior to joining Pacific Life, David was a commercial banking officer with Comerica responsible for investing in a portfolio of leveraged loans. He has over 26 years of investment and banking experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. David is a CFA charterholder and member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles.

Jeff Klingelhofer

Jeff is a managing director and portfolio manager for Aristotle Pacific Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Pacific, Jeff was co-head of investments at Thornburg Investment Management and a portfolio manager on all fixed-income strategies. Additionally, he was responsible for driving firm-wide investment processes, leading securitized investment efforts and representing the investment team across external business channels. Prior to Thornburg, Jeff was with PIMCO at its Newport Beach, Tokyo and London offices. Jeff has over 20 years of investment experience and holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder.

Michael Lonia

Michael is a managing director for Aristotle Pacific Capital. He is also head of trading and oversees all trading initiatives. Prior to being a founding member of Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2007, Michael was a member of Pacific Life’s operations team, where he was responsible for trade reconciliation, processing various derivative products, and corporate actions. He has over 20 years of investment and trading experience. Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in both finance and operations management from the University of Delaware and an MBA at the University of California, Irvine.

Andrew Ross

Andrew is a managing director, portfolio manager, head of CLO Structuring, and head of Risk Management for Aristotle Pacific Capital. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2018, Andy spent seven years at PAAMCO, where he served as a portfolio manager on the firm’s hedge fund and fixed-income offerings, was a member of the firm’s Portfolio Construction Group, and covered investments in structured credit. Prior to this, he worked at IndyMac Bank, with responsibilities in credit risk, trading, and portfolio management. Andy has more than 18 years of investment and banking experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA with a concentration in analytic finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He is a CFA charterholder and has also earned the FRM and CAIA designations.

Ying Qiu

Ying is a managing director for Aristotle Pacific Capital and also portfolio manager for various investment-grade portfolios and the CLO Opportunity Strategy. In addition, Ying has credit research responsibilities, focusing on asset-backed securities (ABS). Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital), Ying was with PIMCO for eight years, where she was a senior vice president, portfolio manager and trader for both investment-grade corporate and ABS. Prior to that, she worked at ING Investment Management for nine years and was an ABS portfolio manager and trader. Ying has 24 years fixed-income investment experience. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Renmin University of China and an MBA from Emory University. She is a CFA charterholder.

John Brueggemann

John is a portfolio manager for Aristotle Pacific Capital’s High-Yield Strategy and senior research analyst for Aristotle Pacific Capital. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital), John spent two years as a junior investment analyst in the Alternative Investment Management Group, a division of Principal Investments within Wells Fargo Securities, where he helped invest in a portfolio of leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. John has over 11 years of investment experience. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Arizona.


Tommy Zhang

Tommy is a portfolio manager on Aristotle Pacific Capital's Trestles CLO Strategy and associate portfolio manager on the Bank Loan Strategy. Tommy also covers the building materials and homebuilders sector. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital), Tommy spent two years at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as an associate in the Debt Underwriting Group. At Goldman, he was involved in the underwriting and origination of loans for the consumer retail and healthcare sectors. Prior to that, he was an associate in KPMG’s Advisory practice. Tommy has more than 10 years of investment experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from UCLA. He is a CFA charterholder, a member of the CFA Society of Orange County, and a certified public accountant (inactive).

Ivor Schucking

Ivor Schucking is a managing director and head of Credit Research for Aristotle Pacific Capital. Prior to joining Aristotle Pacific, Ivor worked as a senior credit analyst with Western Asset Management for over 15 years and served as global head of Financials on the research side. Prior to Western Asset, Ivor was head of Global Credit Research at PIMCO and director of Credit Research at Strong Capital Management. Ivor earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University and an MBA from New York University Stern School of Business.

Michael Long

Michael is a managing director for Pacific Asset Management and is responsible for credit research. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2008, Michael was a portfolio manager and credit analyst for Pacific Life’s portfolio of corporate bonds, high-yield and bank-loan securities from 1994 to 2007. Michael has over 37 years of experience in the financial and securities industry, including past investment analyst positions at Franklin Resources, Bradford and Marzec, and Great Northern Annuity. Michael earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from Pepperdine University.

Partha Bose

Partha is a senior research analyst for Aristotle Pacific Capital. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Aristotle Credit Partners as a senior credit analyst and five years at BNP Paribas, India as a vice president, credit analyst. He focuses on investing in high-yield and investment-grade bonds and leveraged loans across multiple sectors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jadavpur University, India and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He also earned a Master of Financial Engineering degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Partha is a CFA charterholder.

Shalini is a senior research analyst for Aristotle Pacific Capital. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital), Shalini spent four years as a high-yield credit analyst for First Western Capital Management. Prior to First Western Capital Management, she worked as a senior credit analyst in the middle-market commercial lending group of Comerica Bank. Shalini has over 16 years of investment experiences. She earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Madras University–Stella Maris College and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2015, Matt spent several years at PIMCO, where he serviced institutional clients and was a member of compliance teams overseeing the firm’s 40-Act and ETF accounts. Scott is senior vice president of Institutional Services for Aristotle Pacific Capital, responsible for institutional business development, in addition to product and account management. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Management (now Aristotle Pacific Capital) in 2017, Scott was responsible for institutional intermediary and strategic account relationships at RidgeWorth Investments. Prior to RidgeWorth, he held senior business development positions at Hartford Funds and Old Mutual Asset Management. He began his investment career with Trusco Capital Management, a firm whose assets reached $70 billion and was the predecessor entity to RidgeWorth Investments. He has over 20 years of industry experience. Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory University, an MBA with an emphasis in finance from Georgia State University and has earned both the Certified Investment Management Analyst certification and the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Before this, she worked at GE as part of the corporate audit staff and within GE Capital’s financing businesses. Dou has over 13 years of investment experience.
